When the FB resistance error occurs as in the circuit above, monitor the FB voltage with the MCU ADC and inquire if the current can be controlled with the MCU PWM if it is out of the reference range.
Inquire if it can be designed and used like the circuit below.

Yes this can be done. I don't understand what you refer to when you state: "When the FB resistance error occurs as in the circuit above". There shouldn't be an error. Also you have a capacitor across the current sense, what value is it? If you are trying to filter the current sense to read it with the MCU the capacitor should be on the other side of 'R'.

You can do this however if you are monitoring the voltage at the FB pin it will not tell you the resistor tolerance. You would have to measure current separately to determine if the current is accurate. If this is done as an initial setup with an external current measurement this would work fine.
If you are adjusting for the feedback voltage tolerance this should work.
