LMR50410: Difference to LMR14010A?

I have a question regarding LMR14010A and PLMR50410X

I’wondering what is difference between those two. In the Function block diagram I can see the PLMR50410X is much more complex, low side switch etc.

 

But what are the real world benefits for the PLMR50410X compared to the LMR14010a?

    Hello

    The LMR14010 is a non-sync device; so you would expect that it would have slightly poorer efficiency than

    a synchronous device.  

    The best way to compare is to compare the data sheets for the features that are of interest to you.
