It's found that when output current exceeds 0.8A, VOUT cannot be maintained. My design is almost the same as SPEC design, the major difference is that my inductor current is 3.5A only. Can you help checking please? thanks!

Thank you for designing with the LM25118-Q1. Could you share your schematic, with part values accurately labelled? Also, it will help if you can share some key waveforms so we can understand how the issue look like? Please monitor the following signals on the same scope picture:
VIN, VOUT, SW1, SW2
VOUT, SW1, SW2, IOUT
SS, COMP, IOUT, VOUT
