ISO5452-Q1: ISO5452-Q1

Part Number: ISO5452-Q1

Hello all,

I am using the Pspice model given in the website. I am using the .lib file to run my simulation in Simetrix. But I am not able to get the output. Please suggestsllm445.zip

  • Hi,

    Welcome to E2E!

I would like to get some further information for clarification on the issue that you are experiencing.

    • Did you have any problems importing the unencrypted model of the ISO5452-Q1 into Simetrix?
      • Did you make any edits to the .lib file in order to import into Simetrix?
    • If you were able to import the model could provide more details about the problem?
      • What type of errors are you getting when running the simulation?
      • Are there any schematic or other images you could share to help me understand the problem better?
    Best regards,
    Andy Robles
  • Hi Andy,

Please find the simulation file. I am not getting gate driver output at OUTH, OUTL.

  • Hi,

I do not see a simulation file on your last post, only an image of the schematic. Do you mean the simulation file you attached in the initial post?

I opened the first file and it's the downloadable model from TI.com. Did you have to make any edits to this file in order to import it to Simetrix?

For the schematic you shared I see the driver model is being used to drive the Q2 IGBT.

    • Could you try removing the IGBT circuit from the simulation to see if the model of the ISO5452-Q1 will have the proper output?

    Best regards,

    Andy Robles

  • Hi Andy,

The TI .lib file is just dragged into the simetrix environment for running the simulation. Moreover, I checked by removing the IGBT but still the gate driver is not able to generate the output.

  • Hi,

I will be running simulations on my side in order to trouble shoot the behavior that you are observing.

If it's okay with you I would like to continue this conversation over email. You may contact me at a-robles@ti.com.

    Best regards,

    Andy Robles
