LM5160: how LM5160 will behave when Vin over Vmax(70V)

Hi Team

My customer is using LM5160 to provide 18V to the application. 

Due to some confidential information, I'll write the application in thread tracking toolkit.

External supply voltage to LM5160 will be DC48V, the customer wants to know how LM5160 would behave if external supply

voltage exceeds LM5160's Vin(max), 70V.

He is asking this because he worries if the voltage will also be applied into the application and cause destruction inside the

application.

    HI 

    If Vin is over abs max of LM5160, the device may damaged due to innternal mosfet over votlage. So pls let your customer don't use the device over its abs max value.

    customer can choose LM5161 or LM5164 which is 100V 1A device.
