WEBENCH® Tools/ISO5452-Q1: Spice Model Issue of ISO5852 (for ISO5452).. Desat operating time is greater than 5 Us and no soft turn off..

Need your immediate support

I downloaded unencrypted spice model of ISO5852SDW for ISO5452. I am working in Simetrix which can support this Spice model.

1.) I could not observe Desat Protection under 5 Us.

2.) I cannot see the soft shutdown during desat.

I ran multiple times and rechecked everything, Would like to know if I need any modification in my Circuit for simulation or The spice model which I am using is not complete ?

Below waveforms for your reference.

Please note the C-E Voltage (Second curve) is maintained at 10 V after 100 Us for desat

Third Curve shows the G-E voltage, Would like to mention that there is no soft turn off. .. Turned off and Turned again even after C-E (10 V) is detected...The turn off time is also higher than 5 Us from Desat moment (although it is not shown in below pic)

The Fourth Curve shows the Desat Voltage.

I also downloaded Pspice for TI, to verify the same.

However, I had different issue there.. It is not switching during normal working condition.. The G-E voltage is maintained at 12 V constant.
