Hello,
I have developed an electronic board which uses a 18650 battery as power supply, in order to have a protection the TI BQ2972DSER circuit was used. The schematic was pretty straight forward(found in the typical applications section of the datasheet), but, however it seems we can't get in to turn on the transistors.

I would be kind if you would give a couple of suggestions to get this working.
