TPS2115A-Q1: Output voltage drop when load is connected.

We are using TPS2115 Power Mux to power a micro-controller dev-board. The circuit schematic is shown below.

Here we are implementing manual switching feature in order to select the input power source.The circuit is functioning as intended when no load is connected.

When the load is connected, the voltage across the output terminal drops to lower value without any current being drawn. (The output voltage value varies from 0.2V to 2.5V based on the load connected.)

The important thing is no current is drawn from the input power sources as well. The voltage at IN1 & IN2 stays at 5V. 

Can somebody please help?
