Hi Support team
May I have your help to check the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM voltage RATINGS which was NOT define in D/S
PIN5 RT
PIN6 CT
PIN11 VOUTA
PIN12 PWR_GND
PIN14 VOUTB
PIN16 VREF5.1
thanks a lot

Hi Red:
thanks for your interest on this part.
I have deliver the post to Jaden, he will help on this post.

Hi Red,VREF
All of the undefined maximum voltage pins are "internal" pin which are not connected to "external" circuits. such as RT/CT/VREF.
Even for OUTA/OUTB which connected to Mosfet gate pin , It absolutely can support > Mosfet gate pin allowed voltage such as +20V.
and there are schottkey diodes parallel in these pins in datasheet , so don't worry about the negative voltage just follow the reference design.
Hope this can answer your question.
Thanks.
Hi Red,
Correct my description about OUTA/OUTB in last reply , usually , the driver pin power supply is controller's VDD , So the maximum allowed voltage for this pin is a little higher VDD allowed voltage. you can find in datasheet block diagram , OUTA/B are supplied by VC. Maximum allowed voltage for VC is 30V.
Thanks.
