Thank you for the reply. Can you provide the thermal resistance numbers for this component? including the junction-to-case bottom thermal resistance number

For Hotrod pacakge, we don't have Junction-to-case bottom thermal resistor number. For EVM PCB , the RθJA = 25°C/W, you can refer 9.2.2.1

Hi Avinash:

in Datasheet section 9.2.2.1, it mentioned the RθJA value, you can refer it.
