TPS24750: Monitor the current by the IMON pin.

Can you please post the image again ?

By the way, TPS24750 or TPS25982 provides analog current monitoring output. Why does separate amplifier is considered ?

There are two reasons for this kind of design:

1. As the datasheet descripes, IMON pin must not have any other load except RIMON. So if the pin is directly conneted to ADC, it will be equivalent to adding a large pulldown resistance. 

2. The voltage range of 0~0.675V is too small for the 3V reference voltage for ADC, so the amplifier is designed with a triple magnification factor, which is better for the accuracy.

Please use buffer to avoid loading on IMON. 

Also, I suggest to use TPS25982 for better current monitoring accuracy and solution size advantages
