For EMI performance, is there any need to add a capacitor across the MOSFET as below when LM5155-Q1 is designed for a SEPIC circuit? Thank you.

Hello user4622345,

It is good practice to add an RC network in parallel to the MOSFET if needed due to EMI issues. In general I would start without populating it as it adds losses.
