The challenge here is that this parameter is not characterized and I am not sure whether this is available in our database. Therefore; I am waiting.

By the way - is the fact that TLV62568A in not characterized over full temperature range the reason for it's very good price?

Our TLV devices are cost optimized solutions without compromising the performance and therefore; the specification is limited to room temperature.

I am working to get you the HS FET minimum Current limit for the full temperature range as requested.
