Hi,

Can TI provide "internal structure / section drawing" to customers?
Since this IC is used for Automotive applications, it is necessary to have a document that shows the internal structure.
It may be an impossible request.

Hello Hiroshi-san,

We are not able to provide internal structure information beyond the block diagram that is already in the datasheet. We have this and many other automotive devices and have not seen this kind of request before so I am not sure what is driving it.

Can you tell me the number of metals and masks for the die?
I got the following answer for another device.

”LM5146-Q1 die has 3 metal and 23 mask”
