TPS3420: RST output keeps LOW after ESD test

Hello,

TPS3420DDRYR /RST pin keeps output LOW after system ESD test (15kV air discharge). PB1/PB2 are normal HIGH (connect10K resistor to VCC), TS connects to VCC.

It can recover to normal only after Power on reset.

Do you know how the latch comes?
