TPS65150-Q1: Negative output voltage is 50mA

Hi Team,

The block diagram at page 1 of the datasheet in the link below shows that it can output -15v at 50mA. Please confirm if it is 50mA or 20mA only? Can it produce -10V at 50mA from an input voltage of 3.3V?

    Hi Danilo,

    TPS65150 should be able to support -10V, 50mA out of negative charge pump from Vin of 3.3V. Output voltage ripple will be higher at higher outputs current and you may need to increase the value of the flying capacitors from 330nF to perhaps 1uF or so.
