In the datasheet for the PTH04T230W, Figure 4 on page 9, states that;
A Safe Operating Area (SOA) curve. Any condition below the line is safe to operate the module. The flat line at 85C means that you get up to 6A out of the module with ambients up to 85C without any air flow without any de-rating of the module.
Is there documentation that identifies at what temperature derating occurs? If 85C is passed, how does the device operate?
