One of my customers is considering using CSD17578Q3A/CSD16340Q3/CSD87350Q5D for their new power supply system.

They have the few questions for these device as the follows. Could you please give me your reply?

Q1. What are CSD17578Q3ACSD16340Q3/CSD87350Q5D ESD performance (HBM, CDM)?

Q2. Why are ESD performances of these devices not described in the device datasheet?

Is there any reason?

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Below you will find the ESD information you have requested. Unfortunately, TI usually does not publish this in the datasheet.

CSD17578Q3A passes 600V HBM & 2000V CDM

CSD16340Q3 passes 150V HBM & 2000V CDM

CSD87350Q5D passes 500V HBM & 2000V CDM
