Hi Team,
There seems to be a discrepancy between the electrical specs max operating temp of the UCC2804D (125C) and the package addendum (85C). A similar E2E post stated that "This part may be operated up to a max junction temperature of 150C and its electrical parameters are specified up to 85C. This means you generally wont operate the UCC2804 above a Tj of 85C.".
However, the electrical specs table states "–40°C ≤ TA ≤ 125°C for UCC280x. VCC = 10 V(1), RT = 100 k from REF to RC, CT = 330 pF from RC to GND, 0.1-uF capacitor from VCC to GND, 0.1-uF capacitor from VREF to GND, and TA= TJ (unless otherwise noted).".
Can you please confirm if the 85C max temp from the package addendum is a typo?
