LM5106: About ESD data

Hi,

I would like to ask you about the ESD data for the LM5106.
The data sheet stated that the HBM test results were "± 1500V".
However, there was no CDM data.
Is it possible for you to provide me with CDM data?
Also, if you have MM data, please provide it.

    Hello Kaji,

    I researched to find ESD data for the LM5106 and did not find the test report for CDM ESD testing. This device was released some time ago as a National device so this test data is not available. Also the MM ESD is not a common tests even on newer devices, and I did not find this data on the LM5106 either.
