LM3410XMF/NOPB and LM3410XQMF/NOPB difference

Hello,

I have a doubt regarding LM3410XMF/NOPB and LM3410XQMF/NOPB LED DRIVER RGLTR, Both the part number looks same and description is same.. Kindly tell  me what is the difference between these two IC ?

Is there any difference in working with these two IC?

Thanks & Regards,

Ashwini Kamath

  • Hello Ashwini,

The 'Q' means it is automotive grade part:

    "• Qualified for Automotive Applications
    • AEC-Q100 Test Guidance With the Following:
    – Device Temperature Grade 1: –40°C to 125°C
    Ambient Operating Temperature Range
    – Device HBM ESD Classification Level 2
    – Device CDM ESD Classification Level C6"

If you need this for your design you want the 'LM3410XQMF/NOPB.  If you do not then use the LM3410XMF/NOPB.  They function the same.

    Best Regards,

  • Hii Irwin,

Thanks a lot for your reply..
