Hi team
Could you please tell us VILM on VDD: 9.0~16.0V and TA: -30~+85℃? If VILM is in 80mV~120mV on this situation, it is acceptable.

Iza

HI
do you mean if Vdd is from 9V-16V, and Ta is -30-85degc, whether Vilim range will be in 80mV-120mV compare to its spec in datasheet which is 50mV-140mV when Vdd is from 4.5V to 52V in all temperature range?
Thanks
Hi,
I'm afraid we don't have such detailed spec. VILM is actually a complicated spec which is influenced by control delay and actual junction temp. So in general the range on datasheet is conservative which means actually you can get a satisfied range but we cannot guarantee. Thanks for your consideration.
Hi Iven
Could you measure VILIM under this situation, Vdd is from 9V-16V, and Ta is -30-85degc? we don't need to guarantee the value, but we have to provide data.
thanks
Hi,
This value is an internal spec measured by mass production program and I'm afraid we can't get it in bench test. Thanks for your consideration.
