TLV62585: What's the input impedance of enable pin?

Hi Team,

Our customer using TLV62585 and add RC filter in enable pin. R=10k ohm while C=100nF. However we find some of our part can't work normally and we find enable pin only have 0.25V here. We try to use smaller R = 1k ohm but still fail, only connect to Vin directly without any resistance can make it work. So, I am wondering what's the input impedance of enable pin? If you can also share the current consumption in enable pin while active mode, that would much better, thanks.

Hi Wiky,

An RC network (R=10k ohm while C=100nF) across EN pin should be enough to raise the voltage over the VIH (high-level input voltage) because the pin is high impedance (in megaohms). Does the customer experience the same issue with other boards or ICs?

On the other hand, please provide below items to better understand the issue.

1. Schematic diagram and PCB layout

2. Waveform with VIN, EN pin and VOUT

thanks sharing the impedance value.

Per my experience it seems FA related case, customer only have few sample in hand, we still wait for new sample to check if it is followed by IC or by board.
