I want to know the upper limit of case temperature on LM2755. In the data sheet, I could find the information of junction temperature only (and that relation of ambient temperature).

Could you tell me the upper limit of case temperature on LM2755?

I have already known the junction temperature (TJ-MAX) is 150℃. But I want to know what's the case temperature (TC-MAX) of LM2755.

Now I'm measuring the case temperature of LM2755 for reliability test. I need to know how is the upper limit of surface temperature (case temperature of LM2755).

If you know about that, please let me know.

It should be +85℃ for such kind of consumer application device.
