Hi Sir,

As I know, we have G4 version is lead-free device.

My customer would like order BQ2018TS-E1TRG4, but there is no such MPN as “BQ2018TS-E1TRG4” in SAP now.

Could you please check and advise again if “BQ2018TS-E1TR” do complied with any Green Parts regulations(lead-free)?

Feedback from our quality team:

The lead frame is NiPdAu finish so no lead for soldering to the customer board.

The mold compound does not use any bromine and antimony flame retardant, and meet UL-94 V-0.

The internal wire material is Au. So the product is green compliant.
