I'm using TPS68470EVM-089 + USB2ANY like below.

After power on TPS68470EVM-089 (check 3V3_SUS(3.3v), 3V3_VDD(3.3v) and LDO_IO(1.8v) in ACTIVE mode), connected to PC, and open IPG-UI EVM GUI with definition file(TPS68470-1.1.json)TPS68470-1.1.rar, all bit value are 0 after click "Read ALL" button.
I have checked TP33(I2C_PWR) -> always 0v, TP34(SCL) & TP36(SDA) -> no signal while "Read ALL" button clicked.
Did anyone know what the problem i'm facing? anything need to check at next?

Hi,

I2C_PWR is required for the level shifter that converts the PMIC logic (1.8 V) to USB2ANY logic (3.3 V). I2C_PWR comes from the 3.3 V output on the USB2ANY.

Do you know what firmware your USB2ANY is running?

You should be able use the USB2ANY Explorer app (https://www.ti.com/tool/USB2ANYmanually. After that you should be able to communicate with the device through USB2ANY Explorer or IPG-UI.

After used USB2ANY Explorer to update firmware, i can use IPG-UI to read/write register.
