Dear Sir,
Could you help to review if there is any problem for my customer PFC design?
Thanks.
AC19.2V ~ 31.2V ( Vnom = AC24V )
PFC boost to 60V
DC Output 12V/21A
PFC Transformer : PQ3220 / 3.3uH / 4Ts

Hi Peter,
UCC28180 is a fixed frequency CCM controller, it is not the same as LD7591, the PFC inductor is a around 30uH.
please do not use LD7591 as a calculator, TI has a an excel calculator for UCC28180.
Please refer to below link, in the design tools&simulation section:
Dear David,
Attached files of customer design data.
Please help to check if there is any problem with it.
Thanks.
Hi Peter,
from the calculator, the PFC inductor value should be at least 24uH. So I suggest you can follow the calculator to redesign the PFC inductor.
