LP5009: Fall time of SDA and SCL

Part Number: LP5009
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP5018, LP5036,

Hi,

Refer to the datasheets of LP5009/LP5018/LP5036, the Fall Time of SDA and SCL has a min. specification, 15+0.1Cb.

However, the actual measurement shows the fall time of of SDA and SCL is around 7.5ns. (We use I2C standard-mode; Clock frequency is up to 100kHz)

I also checked the I2C specification V2.0, V2.1, V3.0 and V6.0. Never find the "15+0.1Cb" on these I2C specifications.

I have two questions:

1. Does "15+0.1Cb" come from the I2C standard or not?

2. If the fall time of SDA and SCL is shorter than "15+0.1Cb", is it safe for LP5009/LP5018/LP5036?
