What can be the probable reason for reference voltage not being generated in UC1834-SP?

    It is my understanding that the reference voltages will be output with valid Vin and ground.  I am going to confirm this.

    Can you provide a schematic of your circuit?   Any scope shots of power up may be helpful as well.
