BQ21061: The function of Low power of BQ21061

Hi team,

My customer has some doubts about the low power mode of BQ21061. Does the battery still powers up PMID pin during low power mode?

They have the question because of BATOCP is off during low power mode. Sorry. Not very familiar with this device.

    Hi Su,

    Yes battery will power up PMID during the low power mode. This device will automatically detect adapter removal and switch over to battery power. 

    The BATOCP is OFF during low power mode to save on current consumption. It is enabled when LP pin is high or when adapter is present and the supplement is enabled.
