BQ76952: Can i use 1 nos of BQ76952 & 1 nos of BQ76942 for a 26S BMS ?

I was been working on BQ76952 From Past days as per my requirements i need to make a 25S BMS so i decided BQ76952 as my best option but combining of 2 NOS of BQ76952 is good even where it becomes 32S BMS as i need only 25S BMS o can i use 1 NOS of BQ76952 & BQ76942 so i can attain my desired output i.e 25S BMS. Let me know can i do this or not ? if so please let me know how can i do this ?

Hi Manish,

Stacking BQ76952 devices is not supported by design features of the part, but it should be possible with suitable interface circuits. We do not have a reference design for such a design at least at this time. TIDA-01093 is an example of stacking 2 monitor devices which were not intended to stack. Also there is a video https://training.ti.com/how-stack-non-automotive-protectors-and-monitors-high-cell-count-applications which discusses stacking these monitors, see time 18:45 in this video for comments specific to the BQ769x2 devices.
