UCD3138HSFBEVM-029: There are "no output " when test the UCC3138-EVM, according to the instruction

Hi,

Follow the EVM P54~60, and download the GUI 3.0.51 version, but the EVM has no output, and GUI to USB can't found the UCD3138-EVM-29.
Check the IC there is have 3.3Vin, and PM CLK, PM data, PM alert also have 3.3V, but the PM ctrl is 0V, the EVM PMBUS connect to the computer.
Could you help to check that, thanks?

Hi,

Have you connected the EVM input to external power?
Are the LEDs on the EVM turning on?

Have you toggled the tactile switch on the board that turns the output on and off?
