Hello team,

I have a question about LMZ36002 and LMZ35003 Light Load Operation.
Do LMZ36002 and LMZ35003 operate in pulse skip mode at light load when we use the external clock synchronization mode?

Your advice would be so appreciated.

Hello Akihisa,

I don't believe the device will operate in pulse-skip mode when using an external clock. But, I would like to confirm on the lab bench for a definite answer.
Lab access is limited right now so, I will try to head into the lab tomorrow to confirm the behavior and I will get back to you with info as soon as possible.

Akihisa-san,

Both devices operate in pulse-skip mode at light loads even when using an external clock. I tested both EVMs on my bench to confirm.
