Hi,
Can someone please review my design with respect to the two buck regulators and other general guidelines.
I have a 24V input supply. I am generating a +5, +15 and a -15V.
The number and sizing of input/output capacitors is according to the WebBench Tool. Is it enough or do I need more of them?
The AGND is supposed to be an isolated island or should I connect it to my system ground like I will connect the PGND?
Hi,
The number and sizing of input/output capacitors are enough. But some items need to be checked.
1. For 24V Vin, -15V Vout, the working voltage of the input cap should be higher than 50V. Besides, there should be cap between Vin and Vout, which is shown in Figure 46. And the C11 should be low-ESR devices.
2. For +15V Vout, also check the working voltage of the output cap to make sure that the Cout is higher than 20 uF.
Best regards,
Wendy
Hi,
Besides, the AGND and PGND are connected internally.
