Hello,

can you please provide the abs maximum rating for the CTx Pins. How much voltage can the pins withstand.

What is the minimum needed voltage when I want to bias the charge pump externally?

For example I have 3.3Vin, can I bias CT1,2 with 5V?

Hi Markus,

CT pins voltage are controlled internally and the slew rate value or timing can only be controlled by using a capacitor on this pin. We do not provide the voltage ratings for this pin since it is not an input pin. However, we recommend to use a capacitor rated for 25V or higher in order to avoid derating due to the higher driving voltage for the internal FET

Vbias has a minimum voltage of 2.5V, however, you would need a voltage higher than Vin in order to change the timing.
