    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us. Could you be a little more specific about the questions? Are you asking what are the chances of GaN FET's drain and source to be shorted or opened during normal operation? Our GaN FET's has passed extensive reliability test and the FIT rate is <1 for 10 year life time. Let me know if you have additional questions.
