Hello Jiayu,

Functionality-wise, the TPS62080 and TLV62080 are almost the same. However, the TLV62080 minimum VIN is limited to 2.5V, while all its electrical parameters were characterized at -40 to 85 deg. Please see the table below for details.

And I noticed that TPS62080 supports snooze mode while TLV doesn't, is that also a difference? Thanks.

Hello Jiayu,

Snooze mode is not available in TLV6208x because the MODE pin does not exist on the device. Apology, as I was not able to highlight this item.
