24V isolated power in design

Hi TI，

Customer have request ，there power input was 24V，output have 24V 5A，12V 10A，5V 10A，4.2V 3A，3.3V 10A.and OV\UV\OC\UC\RP was also needed.

Could you help please recommand how to design it?

Hi Yuanqing,

24Vin-24Vout 5A, we may don't have the recommendation.

For other 4 outputs, you can use two pcs of TPS51220 which is a two channel controller.

If you can't accept controller,

24Vin-4.2Vout 3A, you can select TPS54308 or TPS54302.

24Vin-3.3Vout 10A, you can select LM61495.

Thanks for your quickly reply.

1.Could you help reccomand if isolated is in 24V in or use to do in each DC-DC output?

2.eFUSE will help do protection on UC,OC，UV，OV?

Hi Yuanqing,

Are you still looking for an isolated power supply that can output 24V for subsequent applications? Or you are just looking for subsequent devices that can implement 24Vin-12Vout, 5Vout, 4.2Vout and 3.3Vout?
