We use a LM3478 as a 22V 0.4A power in an old design we have.
I want to make this a 12A 0.8A power without changing the PCB. Just change component values.
If I use the "power designer" application it wants a coupled inductor. In this case "DRQ125-470-R".
Witch is a problem since the old design uses two separate inductors (form factor DR127)
Could I just use two separate inductors on 94uH? I don't know if that's possible to get ahold of in the correct form factor.
Or is there an easier way of completing this assignment?
