CSD15380F3: Leakage Current

Hi Team, 

We see that it gives the max leakage current for the drain to source as 50nA at 25C but I've come to understand that sometimes the current value under the max column can sometimes actually indicate 125C. Are there other MOSFET with the lowest about of current leakage.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your inquiry. The leakage currents, IGSS and IDSS, specified in our FET datasheets are at 25°C (not 125°C). The leakage has a positive temperature coefficient. Please see Figures 4 & 5 in this technical article which show how the leakage varies with temperature for some of our FETs. In general, all of our FETs will have similar characteristics. The FETs with the lowest specified leakage current include the CSD15380F3, CSD13380F3 and the CSD13385F5.
