TPS53317: switching frequency tolerance at Vout=0.6V

Hi,

Please see below schematic. The MODE setting is PWM and fsw is 1MHz.

My customer measured fsw as below:

Vin=5V

Vout=0.6V

Could you please comment whether the fsw result is acceptable?

And I also need the fsw tolerance@Vin=5V and Vout=0.6V

    Hi Jim,

    We don't have tolerance with 5V input, 0.6V output. The tolerance of 5V input, 1.05V output is about +/-10%.

    With 0.6V output, the switching frequency will be slightly higher than 1.05V output. The tolerance in your test results looks ok.
