TPS65266-1: Power up sequence by EN control at Css common

Hi, TPS65266-1 support team

What power sequence will become when Css is common and the only PWR=3 has a delay time as Figure 1?

I think it's either Figure 2 or Figure 3, but which is it?

What is the correct power sequence?
