is the 3D STP model available for the TPS63027YFFR?

When downloading the 3D CAD model from ultra librarian the STEP folder is empty.

unfortunately i can't find the right person to get such files until now. it should be uploaded by the package team. but i don't have contact window. could you try customer support center?
