UCC5320: Reliability with higher VIORM

Part Number: UCC5320

Hi team,

our customer thinks about using the UCC5320 but they have a concern regarding the reliability when they use it at higher VIORM.

Our part is spec'ed at VIORM = 990Vpk and in their application the device would be used for functional isolation at 1200VDC constantly.

What's your take on that?

The customer asked if we have TDDB insulation lifetime data, or any other equivalent test data to evaluate its long term reliability under such high constant isolation voltage.

Thanks and best regards
Martin
