In the datasheet, contained is an effective RthetajA of the EVM.

This allows for more accurate thermal estimation over JEDEC number.

Hello Arun,

Please can you be more specific on what simulation data are you looking for? For what specification? Vin, Vout, Iout, FSW?

Regarding temperature, in addition to the thermal information in the datasheet, there is a thermal map of the EVM in the user guide.

As David pointed out, do you have a particular application condition that you want to simulate?

I can attach a generic presentation that I did to compare our TI devices (LM61460 vs LM61495) at 16Vin|3.3Vout|2.2MHz if you don't have anything particular.

This presentation should highlight some lab tested conditions with top case thermal image of LM61495 to give you some reference on how hot it would get at room temperature.
