Do we have a p2p device with TPS622314-Q1? which can achieve 3.3Vout? Thanks for recommendation.

    Hi,

    There are non automotive devices TPS6223x that are pin to pin to this device and can support higher output voltage. could give more details regarding application and feature requirements for device? that can help to suggest the alternative parts. 

    If it is new application than I would suggest to use new automotive devices like TPS62850x-q1 which can support higher current limits, SSC and higher frequency.

    If automotive device is not required, then do we have P2P device with similar performance that output 3.3V

    Hi Jiayu,

    TPS62237 is p2p part and have fix 3.3V output voltage  but the switching frequency is 2MHz.

    Hi  Tanvee,

    Customer now need a automotive device, do we have recommendation with similar spec with TPS622314-Q1? 3.3Vout, P2P is not a MUST.

    Hi Jiayu,

    As I have suggested before please recommend them new device like TPS6285x-q1 which offers more features and high frequency.

    If they don't have any specific frequency requirement than there can take a look for TPS62260-q1.
