customer needs Iout=5A. Has the LM62460 and LM62495 same efficiency? And temperature behaviour is the same?
What are the differences of LM62460 and LM62460-Q1?

Hi Holger,

1. If the working condition is same, they will have the same efficiency and power loss. They also have same Rθ, the thermal performance will be very similar.

2. LM62460-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
