My customer has CSD95373AQ5M shortage issue and asks our help.

1. CSD95373BQ5M replace CSD95373AQ5M with REFIN & IOUT NC?

2. If B can't directly replace, any alternative TI FET can suggest?

Hi Paul,

1. if customer doesn't need current sense function, I don't see issue to use CSD95373B with REFIN/IOUT NC.

2. They may also consider CSD95372AQ5M.

For CSD95372AQ5M suggestion, we already did but this part is also shortage.

Ayway, I will suggest CSD95373B.

One more question I forgot to ask, besides REFIN/IOUT pin can NC, can pin4 (PGND) NC as well?

Hi Paul,

Pin4 is internally connected to PGND pad, so it's OK to NC. But it's suggested to connect to PGND and reference VDD cap gnd pad to this pin for better performance.
