TL7712A: Threshold temperature characteristics

Hello E2E,

The datasheet says that the Vit- value at 25 deg-C only.
Does TI able to provide that the characteristics for Vit- at -40 deg-c and 85 deg-c?

Hi ACGUY,

There isnt at full temperature range Vit- value for TL7712A. May I recommend TPS3847 that has the same threshold voltage of 10.8V and provides a typical character graph of Vit- accuracy vs temperature.

I have reached out to test team to see if the VIT- thresholds were tested to -40C and at +85C. I will get back to you shortly.

Hi ACGUY,

Because this part is old, we do not have data on the VIT- accuracy over temperature.
