TPS24742: TPS24742 Design and MOSFET

May I know which simulation platform are you using?

"I build a same circuit based on the datasheet," Avishek: Please could you share which schematic (Figure No.) of the datasheet are you trying to simulate? I can also try to simulate once in PSpice 17.4 then. 

"But as I change the power mosfet with real world mosfet, the cirucit does not work." Avishek: Please could you inform what are the part numbers of "power mosfet" and "real world mosfet" respectively?

Anyway do you need ORing capability in your application? Otherwise we can choose another Hot Swap controller.

I am using Tina right now. The Figure 45 is what I use in the datasheet. The power mosfet is on the refence design of TPS24742 and the real world mosfet is CSD16415. Thank you for replying. I think I need ORing because I want to monitor the current and voltage at same time.

The MOSFET used in TPS24742EVM-667 Evaluation Module is CSD16415Q5. It's same as the "real world mosfet". Please clarify.  

The reference design is not the evaluation module but the reference design in Tina format. In this reference design, it only use the POWER MOSFET.

Thanks for sharing the TINA simulation file. I have imported the PSpice model of CSD16415Q5 in this simulation file. It is working fine in my system. Please run this file in your system once and let me know if you see any issue. TPS2474x TINA Simulation.TSC

Thank your for replying. It works. But my question is when I use the datasheet of TPS 24742 Figure 45 as a guide to design a same circuit with same target, it does not work with CSD16415Q5. Could you please double check it? Thank you.

I am trying to simulate the circuit as shown in Figure 45 in the datasheet. I will get back to you by today end of the day. 

I really appreciate your help. If possible, could you please also provide a Pspice model of TPS24741 because the file on the website has error when I try to import it in Tina.
